A former lawyer who grew up in Lima, Peru, Mila discovered a passion for design at age 11, when she began working with a local seamstress to transform her sketches into wearable garments. Having rediscovered her love of clothing design after the birth of her children, Mila now focuses her professional energy on creating fashionable, functional styles that appeal to parents and children alike.

Drawing from her Latin heritage and taking cues from Missoni and Pucci labels fearless of color, Mila constructs easily wearable, clean-lined shapes in vibrant, saturated hues. On-trend silhouettes get topped with fun but sophisticated details, such as striped edging or bold geometric prints, and Mila puts a new twist on boys staples via unexpected color combinations and patterns.
