If you received a wrong item, please call Laughing Out Loud within 2 business days from the date of receipt to obtain a valid RA number. Exchanged items will only be sent once the returned item has been received and confirmed. Returns on all items incur a 30% restocking fee, worn or used items that do not receive a valid RA number automatically waive the right to returns, refunds or exchanges.

All returns must be accompanied by an RA number. This is only possible by contacting Laughing Out Loud. Please have the following ready when calling: Name, Order number, Date of Shipment and phone number where you can be reached.

Restocking Fees: Upon approval by Laughing Out Loud, there will be a 30% restocking fee on all opened items. Refunds:Upon approval by Laughing Out Loud, refunds will be issued in the same manner it was paid minus restocking fees and shipping fees. (Cashier checks, money order(s), personal checks will be refunded via Laughing Out Loud company check) Please allow 7-10 business days for checks to be processed.

All returned item(s) will only be accepted if the item(s) are unused and returned to Laughing Out Loud within 14 days of receiving an RA number. RA number(s) automatically expire 7 days after they are issued. Items returned without an RA number or using an expired RA number will be refused. Note: Separate RA numbers should be obtained for different orders.

In the case of error, the customer is responsible for all freight/shipping charges incurred with the return or exchange.This includes the original freight/shipping cost to the customer.

In the case of error, please call our Customer Service at 888-316-3883 within 2 days of receiving the item to generate a RA number for exchange. Upon inspection, items found to be unused, in resalable condition, and in original undamaged packaging will be credited less any applicable restocking or re-boxing fee. Items found to be used, not resalable, or with missing or damaged original product packaging will not be credited and the item will be returned to the customer upon request at customers expense.

All canceled orders will be assessed a 30% cancellation fee.

Orders already shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer cannot be cancelled and will fall under the Returns for Refund or Exchange guidelines.
